To California, The Golden State:

Jeff Taylor (not pictured) and Steve Wall (above, far right) are coming to Los Angeles County to play two special West Coast shows for all the beautiful folks of the 31st state. Tell all your friends in the Los Angeles area!

16 February 10:30pm – Silverlake Lounge (Click For Tickets!)
17 February 7:00pm – The Hotel Cafe (Hotel Cafe Site!)

Performing with us on these gigs are Cole Whittle (bass, pictured above/far left) & Danny C (drums,) from Semi Precious Weapons. The last time Steve and I played with these two was a couple years back at Bowery Ballroom: The result was a shimmering, cyclopean locomotive juggernaut. Vegas has the roofs caving in on these LA rooms before we get through our second song; in that case you will be charged five dollars extra for repairs and the after party will begin instantly.

Enjoy this video from our recent mastering session at Stirling Sound:

With Love From Chilly Brooklyn (can’t wait to get out to sunny L.A.)

P.S. – Pictured above at center is our beloved friend and inimitable drummer, Mark Guiliana. He won’t be making the trip to L.A. as he’s putting the finishing touches on a new solo record that’s gonna blow your hair back. We’ll miss him but it’s gonna be a blast playing with the boys from Semi Precious Weapons!

Sweet! I’ll finally be able to enjoy the jeff taylor mojo in high def – love the youtube stuff, but honestly it’s like drinking a chocolate malt through a stir-stick. But yea, sell no wine before it’s time..

Oh, MAN. Now I want a choco-malt.

Thanks, brother – see you at Silverlake Lounge or Hotel Cafe.

Or both!
